Providing exceptional service
Pension Income Planning Ltd provide an exceptional service throughout a client’s journey with us. Initial paperwork can be completed online. From our admin team, a designated case handler is assigned to each individual case to provide all the help and updates needed along the journey.
All telephone calls to our office are answered by the admin team (not a call centre) giving clients direct contact. Meetings are conducted via Zoom with a recording available to you and your introducing IFA.
